4-month replacement guarantee
Full-time roles (over 20 hrs/week Mon–Fri) use a one-time 10% + VAT placement fee instead of membership — covered by a 4-month replacement guarantee. If it doesn't work out, we find a replacement at no extra charge.
Full fees breakdown & cost estimator
Membership fees are separate from your nanny's pay. We recommend £15–£18 gross per hour as an entry-level range, in line with the London Living Wage, rising to up to £20 gross per hour for more experienced nannies.
